How does it work? Once you have a home under contract, you simply fax or e-mail the documents to our Transaction Management team. Our professional staff will take care of sending everything to the lender and title company, and will walk the contract through closing for you. We take care of all the behind-the-scenes details, even reminding the seller and buyer what to do at closing , allowing you to focus your time on selling more homes.
