Transaction Management

Liquid Blue Realty will provide transaction management, allowing you to have the benefits of a personal assistant, without having to worry about salaries or additional costs involved with hiring someone on your own.

How will it work? Once you have a home under contract, you simply fax or email the documents to our Transaction Management team. Our professional staff will take care of sending everything to the lender and title company, and walk the contract through closing for you. They will take care of all the behind-the-scenes details, even reminding the seller and buyer what to do at closing , allowing you to focus your time on selling more homes.

Short Sale Transaction Management

Our goal is to allow all our agents to list short sale properties, without having to worry about the hassle and necessary time involved in dealing with the lender after they’ve received an offer.

We will provide you with all the necessary paperwork needed to properly list a short sale, and guide you through getting things started.

As soon as you receive an offer on your listing, you will simply send the paperwork to our short sale department, and they will take care of all the behind-the scenes wrangling that occurs with the lender. You won’t need to worry about making all the phone calls and arguing with loss mitigation managers. We will do it for you!
