• We’ll provide you with all the necessary paperwork you’ll need to properly list a short sale.

• As soon as you receive an offer on your listing, you’ll simply send the paperwork to our short sale department, and they will take care of all the behind-the scenes wrangling that occurs with the lender. You won’t need to worry about making all the phone calls and arguing with loss mitigation managers. We’ll do it for you!
