How do we do it?
It’s really quite simple.
Many real estate companies are built around the concept of signing up a large roster of agents, and then charging them a basket of fees on top of their commission splits. The agents become customers to the broker instead of sales partners!
E&O Insurance is a perfect example. Some brokers charge agents for E&O insurance through annual, monthly, or per-transaction fees. They often collect more from the agents in E&O fees than their policy costs them on an annual basis, so they’re using E&O as a profit center! At Liquid Blue Realty, we provide free E&O coverage to all our agents and consider it a cost of doing business, not a way to make money!
We’re not a franchise, or part of a big corporation, so we don’t have to cover a big monthly payment to a corporate entity.
You also won’t find glamorous office spaces designed to impress agents. Our bragging rights come from the unique marketing concepts and support we provide our agents, allowing them to help their clients buy and sell more properties, at a pace that makes sense for the agent.
We also understand technology like no other company you’ll find in Northeast Ohio, and we use that knowledge to help you sell more homes with less effort, while providing the best service to our clients in the industry, period.
We are locally-owned and debt-free, so you don’t have to worry about us closing our doors because we can’t pay our bills. Our unique structure makes it impossible for us to go out of business because of they typical, large debt burden carried by most franchise companies.
We consider our agents partners, and our only goal is to help them grow their business and build a long list of satisfied clients!
