At Liquid Blue Realty, we’re not in the insurance business, and we don’t push our agents to sell home warranties to earn extra fees. Instead, we take a different approach, and use the typical fee to reduce the cost of the warranty.
APHW reduces our warranty cost by $100, so the entire policy only costs $275. You can also offer this discounted rate on warranties to your buyers, or offer to pay for it at closing as an extra incentive for working with you!
APHW’s warranty covers roof leaks, and includes free seller coverage during the listing period.
