A Different Approach to Home Warranties
At Liquid Blue Realty, we’re not in the insurance business, and we don’t push our agents to sell home warranties. Instead, we take a different approach, and when a home warranty is offered on one of our listings, it’s paid for at closing from our commisison. Instead of pushing the seller to pay for it during your listing presentation, you can offer the free warranty as a bonus for working with Liquid Blue Realty.
Most of our Home warranty plans are provided by Home Warranty of America
The HWA Plan is a 13-month warranty that also covers roof leaks, and includes seller coverage during the listing period.
You can also refer your clients to our site to view a consumer video from HWA that describes their program in details. Click here to watch the video.
We also provide warranty coupons that you can pass on to potential clients. You can print these with your contact information, and they make great refrigerator magnets that clients will save since they can also pass them on to friends and family.
