I joined Liquid Blue Realty for many reasons.… no required floor time, no hidden fees, unique yard signs. I had been with a large, well-established realty firm that required mandatory floor time (which I could only do on weekends) and weekly meetings/tours (which I could not participate in because of my full-time day job). After losing my full-time job, I decided I had the time to take the classes needed to become a real estate agent.
