Agent Recruiting Bonus Program
At Liquid Blue Realty, we don’t believe in multi-level marketing or the various pyramid programs offered by other brokers. But we do believe our agents should share in the excitement of bringing a new agent into our group.
As an extra incentive for helping us grow, we’ll pay you half of the company’s side of the commission earned from the new agent’s first two transactions. It can add up to a rather large bonus, particularly if you’re able to bring in a few agents each year.
On a $250,000 home sale, you could expect a bonus of around $900. Multiply that times two transactions, and maybe a few more agents, and we’re talking about spendable reasons to help Liquid Blue Realty grow!
Note: Our recruiting bonus is also open to non-Liquid Blue Realty agents! We understand that many agents are happy with their current company, but they may know others who are looking for a change. They can refer those agents to us, and we’ll pay the recruiting bonus in the form of a referral fee from that agent’s first two sales. Call or email for details.
