Agent Career Information – Agent Commission Splits

There’s no secret to our program. It’s up front and in writing.

We don’t make special back-office deals or pay different rates to part-time agents. Just attractive tiered splits, with no additional fees or transaction charges.

Your side of the split increases as your sales grow, so your take-home pay increases with your success!

Buyer Transaction Split Percentages

$0 to $1,000,000 in sales: 70% to agent
$1,000,000 to $2,000,000: 75% to agent
$2,000,000 to $3,000,000: 80% to agent
$3,000,000 to $4,000,000: 85% to agent
______ above $4,000,000: 90% to agent

Listing Transaction Split Percentages

$00 to $1,000,000 in sales: 60% to agent
$1,000,000 to $2,000,000: 65% to agent
$2,000,000 to $3,000,000: 70% to agent
$3,000,000 to $4,000,000: 75% to agent
$4,000,000 to $5,000,000: 80% to agent
$5,000,000 to $6,000,000: 85% to agent
______ above $6,000,000: 90% to agent

5% bonus if you sell any Liquid Blue Realty listing, including your own listing.

NOTE: If you join Liquid Blue Realty during the year, we’ll start you at the level corresponding to your current year’s sales. That’s right, we’ll count your year-to-date sales from your current brokerage!

Sales totals are calculated on a calendar year basis, and reset January 1st.

No additional fees of any kind. No monthly, annual, or E&O fees either.

Listing sales are tracked separately because of the support we provide and costs we carry on listing transactions.
