Fact is, with a quick Google search, you can find an endless list of MLS search sites that will show you what homes are for sale in a given area. You’ll find pretty much the same list of homes as we will when we log in to the actual MLS system. You know better than we do what you’re looking for, and what home fits your needs.

In many cases, buyers will work closely with our agents to put together the perfect search criteria in order to locate the perfect home. In other cases, buyers will search for homes on their own, using any number of available MLS search sites, including some offered by our competitors. Once they find a few that look interesting, they’ll email the MLS numbers to us and one of our agents will set up the appointments.

It sounds easy, so why do buyers need a buyer’s agent?
